Our Latest Adventure

Two weeks ago, Tucker had Monday off so we decided to go check out the local ghost town. By local I mean it was about an hour an a half away, which isn't to bad. So we got a few things to gether and headed out to Cailco, CA. In the late 1800s it was a very productive silver mine but as the prices of silver dropped it slowly became deserted and now it is a ghost town. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and it was interesting learning about the history and walking through the old mine at least the parts that were safe. After this trip I decided that I am very happy to be living now and not back then.
