Empanadas

Yes I made empanadas the other night for dinner. Tucker loves them. I found this recipe so I tried it they were good but apparently not truly an empanda because it wasn't easy to eat with your hands. But if you are interested and want to try them you can find the recipe here for Pork and Sweet Potato Empanadas. The only difference is that I baked them at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes instead of frying them.
